Facebook Privacy

Facebook privacy is something that you have to change the settings to what you want them to be. If you scroll across the top of your page you will find a green triangle pointing down, click it then click settings. Once you are in the settings you should explore all of the options that are available to you. Everyone should check it out. Most of us are sharing more than we want to.

Currently my Facebook settings are set so the only way that someone can view my pictures and posts is if they are my “friend.”  Anyone can see my profile picture, contact me, send me a friend request. I think that professionally this is the best way to go. I would not want to miss an inquiry because the customer wasn't able to make contact with me.
Just last Friday I was taught that every application that you agree to have access your account on Facebook keeps that privilege until you personally take it away. When I checked how many applications had access to my account I was shocked. I have now narrowed the amount down to 15. That is the only setting that I made changes to on my account.
